Edge is an extremely passionate, driven and experienced coach who only wants the best for his athletes. His meticulous planning centred around improving my strength and power for fast bowling has been pivotal in my return to 1st grade cricket with North Sydney since injuring my knee the previous season.
With Luke, I prepared for my first two fights and have had great results both times, not just because I was stronger and more powerful, but I felt confident in my abilities.

I had one goal when i started training with Edge, it was to build a strong base so that I wouldn’t get pushed off the ball. Since training with Luke I not only have increased body size but become more powerful and efficient with my running technique and more explosive than ever before. The benefits of training with Luke were seen immediately and I am still finding significant improvements in my flexibility to be able to generate power from the ground to generate force into hitting the golf ball. Within weeks, I finished 18th at Australian Boys Amateur (the biggest junior event in the country).

Working with Edge has reinvigorated my swimming career.
