ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Training takes on a new approach when you spend one on one time with Luke. This is for the athlete that is often in a group environment, lacks the individual attention in sessions and wants to have someone look after their every step whilst keeping them accountable to their action plan in and out of season.

 

Luke will build upon current strengths whilst correcting any imbalances to help minimise the risk of injury. If you want to develop speed, power, strength, agility and reduce your risk of injury then this is the option for you.
