4wk Full Body Strength Program



This program is a Full Body Strength Training Program. The program will primarily consist of a Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Chin Ups as the main lifts along with additional supplementary exercises to compliment the main lifts throughout the 4-day/wk. training plan. This is Phase 1 of a 3-Phase 12-wk Full Body Strength Program.
