“I had always felt like growing up I was the cricketer who was always the most prepared physically and the hardest worker in the gym, but I wasn’t seeing progressive results matching my hard work on the field. I was always sore and getting injured, so my plan was just to “lift heavier, and do that more often.


I was aligned with EdgePerformance last pre-season which was an important and valuable asset to me. Edge understood how I moved physically and what I needed to do to give myself the best chance to improve the key aspects of my body relative to how I play my game. This allowed me to not only improve my output as a player, but stay on the park for the whole season.
