“Firstly, the introduction with Luke and his training was through a program put together for junior golfers to improve physically and after the program ended, I reached out to Luke to continue the training with him individually because of the benefits and knowledge Luke has in transforming golfers to the next level.
The benefits I got out of training with Luke have been tremendous. Golf-wise, working with Luke I was able to increase my swing speed and the power I can now produce when making a swing. The training has allowed me to increase the distance I’m able to hit the ball, but it also decreased the risk of injury. Before I started seeing Luke, I had some back pain, however, since doing consistent training and developing proper technique and building muscle, Luke was able to help me get stronger and faster whilst decreasing my risk of injury.
The time I spent with edge was definitely worthwhile as I was able to see the benefits of regular gym work in golf and I would definitely recommend any golfer going to see Luke because he was able to help me reach my goal of playing college golf in America.”
