I have increased strength while maintaining explosiveness, which is key in my sport of Beach Volleyball. I think Edge was also the first coach to ever develop my upper body – I went from not being able to do any pullups, and barely a few pushups, to being able to do sets of 5 pullups at a time! I haven’t had any shoulder issues, which in my sport (beach volleyball) is a miracle, and I credit it all to Edge’s thoughtful approach to my training.

I would absolutely recommend an online program if you can’t train with him in person – Edge has responded to every single one of messages in an extremely timely manner, has given me feedback on form, has given me advice for how to proceed with training if I had an injury or was simply tired, and has cheered me on and supported me from afar for over three years now.”
